What we do

Grit & Grace is all about finding your fitness whilst creating a fun and friendly community where you feel like you belong.  You can also learn new skills such as Olympic Weightlifting or try our menopause supportive Strength 45+ classes.

Functional Fitness

The all rounder!  Improve your strength, skills and fitness in one class.  A combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio movements with high intensity metcons.

Our Classes

Olympic Weightlifting

Hone your barbell technique and learn to perfect the Snatch, Clean & Jerk.  We also include squats, deadlifts & presses as accessory movements to build strength.

Strength 45+

A strength based class for people over the age of 45. Stay strong and healthy without the burpees! 

Hybrid

This Hybrid class is about developing your engine! Get fit and enjoy longer cardio based sessions.

The Best Fitness Classes

Our classes cater to all fitness levels, focusing on movement quality, technique, strength and endurance.  This is the place to improve your all around fitness and health!

Experienced Coaches

Estelle and Lottie bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise.  Both are CrossFit Level 2 coaches and have multiple qualifications in fitness, strength and weightlifting coaching.

 

By fostering a supportive and motivating environment, we'll help athletes of all levels achieve their goals, whether you're aspiring to compete or simply seeking to enhance your fitness journey.

Specialist Weightlifting Gym

Weightlifting is a fun and challenging sport that anyone can do.  Improve your technique with expert advice from our specialist weightlifting coach, Lottie.

Lottie is a Double British Masters Weightlifting Champion and World Masters Silver Medalist with a PhD in Sport & Exercise Science.
